On Saturday, August 14, Miss Southern Illinois/River to River Scholarship Pageant was held at the Marion Cultural and Civic Center.  We had our most successful pageant yet!!!  We had a talented, adorable group of Princesses competing to win the two titles. 

CONGRATULATIONS to Abbi Mayfield, Southern Illinois Princess 2011 and Victoria Shore,River to River Princess 2011.Olivia McCurdy was crowned as the new River to River Outstanding Preteen 2011 as well as Mara Williamson, Southern Illinois Outstanding Preteen 2011.  We were fortunate enough to be entertained by MISS ILLINOIS OUTSTANDING PRETEEN 2010, Grace Khachaturian , who did an beautiful interpretive lyrical dance to "What a Wonderful World"
